SHIPpING AND RETURNS
Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Paper Station on Main Street USA. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Expedited orders will ship out the same day.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Weather conditions can extend the delivery time. Business days are Monday through Friday, in. Please note that due to COVID-19, our shipping times may be delayed
We ship USPS and UPS
1-4 pounds for $8.95
5-10 pounds for $12.15
Please allow 5 – 10 business days for delivery. Please note that orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska should allow for additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
For your convenience The Paper Station on Main Street USA offers expedited delivery for an additional charge with 2nd Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping thru UPS.
Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
The Paper Station on Main Street is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online, please email info@thepaperstationusa to begin the return or exchange. You'll receive an email back with instructions on how to proceed.
All items purchased through our website have a 14 day return policy. All items must be returned or exchanged in original packaging with no wear or use.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment except as noted below:
Any refunds for items returned 15-30 days after purchase (online or in store), will be issued as a merchandise card for use in-store.

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:
Sale and Clearance Merchandise
Holiday Decor Items are not eligible for return after the Holiday (for example, Christmas decorations cannot be returned after Christmas)
Personalized and Customized Merchandise
We are unable to accept returns on merchandise damaged by the customer.
In the event that an item you purchased becomes backordered, we will attempt to contact you to see if you wish to exchange with a different item or cancel your order. If we are unable to reach you within 72 hours, we will automatically refund the backordered item and ship the remainder of the order to you.
